Clara Fynbu Eggert is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She started her career working as a nursing assistant, and later worked in the intensive care unit as a registered nurse prior to obtaining her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Creighton University. Her clinical experience includes emergency medicine as well as primary and mental health care in a federally qualified health center. Through her experiences with patients over the past 13 years, she has developed a passion for helping patients see the connection between mental and physical health. Growing up in a state with predominantly rural communities, she understands how time and distance can make healthcare access difficult and is committed to helping patients have access to quality mental health care they can afford, regardless of their physical location. She offers visits in-person at IHC as well as via Telemedicine.
